Where can I buy Bitcoins (BTC) and how do I refill the balance?

You can purchase BTC on any exchange that sells them. There are many ways you can do that, including the service from Changelly on our website. You can buy bitcoins with different cryptocurrencies, as well as with VISA or Mastercard. To do this, click on the balance in the top-line, in the Deposit tab choose select Altcoins or Card payment. If you requested a withdrawal, but have not confirmed it by email, simply do nothing. If you have already confirmed the withdrawal by email, then most likely your withdrawal has already been sent. But even in that case you can either email to [email protected]

Try to enter a smaller amount (for example 0.002449 BTC instead of 0.00245 BTC). If the withdrawal request was successful and you have already confirmed it by email, but in the withdrawal history it is listed with an error or you still cannot send a withdrawal request, please describe the issue in details and email to [email protected]

I refilled my account, but the balance has not been changed

Please check the transaction status in the blockchain. If it is unconfirmed, you need to wait because we do not process such transactions. If the transaction has more than 10 confirmations, please describe the issue in details and email to [email protected]
