You can purchase crypto on any exchange that sells it. In order to refill click on the balance in the top-line, in the Deposit tab choose one of available ways you want to top-up with. If you already have crypto, you can send it to an appropriate address that is pointed in the Altcoins section of the Deposit tab.

Where can I buy TFL tokens and how I do refill my account with them?

You can purchase TFL on kucoin.com and send it to the TFL refill address pointed in your account. In order to get that address, click on the balance bar in the top-line and in the Deposit section choose TrueFlip.

Is there any service fee for BTC, TFL or EUR withdrawals?

Yes. BTC withdrawals: 0.001 BTC, TFL withdrawals: 1 TFL. The service fee for EUR withdrawals is 2.5% or not less than €5.

Try to enter a smaller amount (for example 0.002449 BTC instead of 0.00245 BTC). I refilled my account, but the balance has not been changed

Please check the transaction status in the blockchain. If it has not been unconfirmed yet, you should to wait. If the transaction has more than 10 confirmations, please describe the issue in details and email us at [email protected] In case of EUR transfers, check if your bank has not declined the transaction, if you are paying with Visa or Mastercard.
